Hi there, my name is Elexcies but I go by Lexi!

Dog training has been a passion of mine for the past 5 years that started after working at a shelter. I adopted a reactive dog from there and she was my passion to continue to learn and develop as a trainer. During this time I have worked in veterinary care while continuing to take CE, attend online webinars, work with dogs and look into schools to be a certified trainer. In July of 2023 I graduated Karen Pryor Academy with a KPA-CTP, an extensive program that ensures you are a skilled positive reinforcement trainer. In August 2023 I completed a program on aggressive dogs to help further my knowledge. I am also a fear free certified veterinary professional.

I take a fear free and compassionate approach to dog training, building strong bonds and trust is so important with our beloved furry family members. This is a judgement free environment, if you need help taking a positive reinforcement approach or have any questions I am always happy to talk!
